Learn what reporting is available with Email People
Email People reports will be people-based and will include:
- Performance: The people who were exposed to or engaged with the campaign.
- Demographic: people-based reporting will include demographic attributes of the audience targeted: age, gender, HHI, and geolocation.
- Click Heat Map: Reports will include an HTML click map, that will indicate the distribution of all clicks against the email creative.
Reporting Metrics Not Included:
Email People focuses on people-based metrics and will include Audience, Exposed and Engaged metrics and not traditional email metrics such as delivered, opens, clicks, CTR, etc. See the below chart for what metrics are and are not included in Email People. Note: more metrics can be accessed by requesting Response Data from your BRIDGE Account Manager.
